## What it publishes
- For every match: win, draw and loss probabilities, over/under 2.5 goals, both teams to score, the most likely score, expected corners, cards and shots, and a short reason.
- Picks: an outcome becomes a "pick" only when the model rates it at 60% or more. About one match in four gets a pick. A pick is expected to miss roughly four times in ten.
- A public track record: every sealed forecast graded, with calibration (does 60% happen 60% of the time).

## How the proof works
Each forecast is written down, fingerprinted with SHA-256 and chained to the previous one (a hash chain) 72 hours before kickoff. Anyone can recompute the fingerprints from the published forecasts to check nothing changed after it was sealed. The latest fingerprint is also copied out daily.

## Backtest
Tested on 67,125 past matches: right result 49.3% (bookmaker 50.6%); picks came in 66.8% of the time against 65.6% expected. The model does not beat the bookmakers on average; the point is honest, checkable probabilities.
